The Opportunity

Most companies know they need to automate — they just don't know where to start. That's where you come in. As an AI Implementation Consultant at Agentic AI, your job is to make the abstract feel achievable. You'll meet decision-makers where they are, understand the real friction inside their operations, and translate that into a clear, executable automation strategy using our 3-step roadmap. This isn't a passive advisory role. You'll own the client relationship from discovery call to go-live, and your fingerprints will be on every workflow we transform.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

‍

Every client comes to you with a different problem. A logistics company drowning in manual order tracking. A finance team copy-pasting data between five different tools. A customer success team that can't keep up with ticket volume. Your job is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and design an agent-powered solution that fits their reality — not a generic template.

You'll run structured workflow audits, facilitate cross-departmental workshops, and produce a transformation blueprint that both the client's leadership and our engineering team can execute against. You'll be in the room when decisions get made.

Your Responsibilities

‍

• Lead discovery sessions with C-suite and operations leads to uncover workflow inefficiencies
• Conduct end-to-end process audits across departments including sales, support, finance, and HR
• Translate findings into structured automation briefs aligned to our 3-step roadmap framework
• Present implementation plans to enterprise stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the full implementation lifecycle
• Work closely with agent engineers to ensure custom deployments match client specifications

What We're Looking For

• Enterprise Experience: You've worked with large organizations on transformation, operations, or process improvement projects and understand how decisions actually get made inside complex businesses
• AI Fluency: You don't need to write code but you need to understand what AI agents can and can't do — and communicate that gap confidently to non-technical stakeholders
• Structured Thinking: You break messy, ambiguous situations into clear, actionable steps without losing the big picture
• Client Presence: You're comfortable leading rooms, handling pushback, and building trust with skeptical decision-makers
• Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You identify the gap and fill it
• Documentation Discipline: You write clearly, organize thoroughly, and leave every engagement better documented than you found it
