The Opportunity

Every product we build needs a front door that earns trust the moment someone lands on it. As our Webflow Developer, you're the person who builds and maintains that front door. You'll own the full Webflow environment at Agentic AI — from marketing pages and CMS collections to client-facing portals and campaign landing pages. This isn't a support role or a ticket-queue job. You'll have direct ownership of how our products and services are presented to the world, and you'll work closely with design, marketing, and product to ship fast and ship well.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

Marketing needs a new product page live before a campaign goes out next week. Design has delivered a high-fidelity Figma file with animations, a CMS-driven feature grid, and a custom interaction on scroll. Your job is to take that file and build it in Webflow — pixel-perfect, responsive across all breakpoints, and wired to the CMS so the content team can update it without touching the Designer.

You'll also field requests from the broader team — fixing layout regressions, optimizing page speed, setting up new CMS collections, and occasionally extending functionality with custom code when Webflow's native tools hit their limits.

Your Responsibilities

‍

• Build and maintain marketing pages, landing pages, and CMS-driven content in Webflow from Figma designs
• Ensure all builds are fully responsive and tested across major browsers and device sizes
• Manage Webflow CMS architecture — structuring collections, reference fields, and dynamic templates that non-technical team members can operate independently
• Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native interaction tools and, when needed, custom JavaScript
• Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals across the site to support SEO and user experience goals
• Collaborate with design and marketing to translate campaign concepts into functional, conversion-ready pages
• Maintain site-wide design consistency through the use of global styles, symbols, and component libraries
• Identify and resolve front-end bugs, layout issues, and CMS template errors across the live site

What We're Looking For

• Webflow Proficiency: You know Webflow deeply — not just the basics, but CMS relationships, global swatches, interactions, and how to keep a large site organized and maintainable as it scales
• Figma-to-Webflow Fluency: You can take a complex Figma file and translate it into a clean, accurate Webflow build without losing fidelity or inventing shortcuts that create technical debt
• Responsive Design Thinking: You don't treat mobile as an afterthought. Every build you ship works correctly across all breakpoints from the start
• Custom Code Capability: You're comfortable writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow's native tooling isn't enough — and you know exactly when to reach for it and when not to
• CMS Architecture Sense: You think ahead about how content gets structured so editors can do their job without breaking the design
• Pace and Precision: You move fast without creating messes. You hit deadlines and leave the codebase cleaner than you found it
