The Opportunity

Automation fails when the underlying process is broken. Before any agent gets built, someone has to understand how work actually flows through an organization — where it slows down, where it duplicates, and where a well-designed system can replace friction with momentum. That's your role. As a Workflow Architect at Agentic AI, you sit at the intersection of process design and intelligent automation. You'll map how organizations operate, identify the highest-leverage intervention points, and design the workflow blueprints our engineering team brings to life.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

A mid-size logistics company has brought us in to reduce manual dispatch operations. On paper, their process sounds simple. In reality, it involves seven tools, three teams, and a dozen informal handoffs no one has documented. Your job is to surface all of it.

You'll spend time with operators, analysts, and department heads — asking the questions they haven't thought to ask themselves. You'll map every step, identify every bottleneck, and redesign the workflow from the ground up around what automation can actually do. What you produce becomes the blueprint for everything our engineers build.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive workflow discovery sessions across operations, finance, HR, and support functions
  • Document current-state process maps using structured frameworks that expose inefficiencies and redundancies
  • Design future-state automation blueprints aligned to Agentic AI's implementation methodology
  • Identify which workflow components are highest priority for agent deployment based on complexity, volume, and impact
  • Collaborate with AI Implementation Consultants and engineers throughout the build phase to ensure fidelity to the original design
  • Build and maintain a library of workflow patterns reusable across client engagements
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions to get cross-departmental buy-in on proposed workflow changes

What We're Looking For

  • Process Design Background: You have formal experience in business process management, operations consulting, or systems design — and you understand how to document, analyze, and redesign how work flows through organizations
  • Systems Thinking: You see the whole before the parts. You understand how a change upstream affects everything downstream, and you design accordingly
  • Facilitation Skills: You know how to run workshops that produce clarity, not just conversation — and you can bring skeptical stakeholders along with you
  • Technical Literacy: You don't need to write code, but you need to understand what's technically feasible so you don't design workflows that engineering can't deliver
  • Precision Documentation: You produce process maps and blueprints that are complete, unambiguous, and usable by someone who wasn't in the room
  • Adaptability: Every client is different. You thrive in ambiguity and find structured ways to make sense of messy organizational realities

What We Offer

Client Variety : Every engagement is a different organization, a different process, and a different problem — the work stays genuinely interesting.

Travel Budget : On-site workflow discovery is part of the role and fully covered — there are things you can only learn by being in the building.

Learning Stipend : $1,500 annually toward courses, certifications, or conferences that make you sharper at what you do.

Performance Bonus : Deliver blueprints that translate into successful implementations and you'll see the results in your compensation.

Equity Stake : Every full-time hire gets a meaningful equity package — we're building something significant and we want you invested in it.

Internal AI Access : You'll have full access to every Agentic AI product and agent — use them to inform better workflow designs from the inside out.
